Most Recent Project
One of our most recent projects (named ThinkerNotes) helps content creators grow their following on social media by leveraging a unique idea-generation system.
Essentially, creators can save their ideas and book notes into the application, extracting their insights from those notes and building up a network of insights they can use for content.
When building the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), we focused on the big problem creators are facing. And that is generating content ideas that truly reflect and emphasize the creator's knowledge.
We've gathered feedback from a small group of early adopters to ensure we're on the right track from the start.
As we collect more feedback from users we'll continue to improve the project and grow its user base.

Burning Questions Asked
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time developer?
The annual cost of a good full-time senior-level developer exceeds $150,000, plus benefits (and good luck finding one available). Aside from that, you may not always have enough work to keep them busy at all times, so you're stuck paying for time you aren't able to use.
With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to ensure you're only paying your developer when you have work available for them.
How many hours do I get each month?
We found the hourly billing model to be a very inefficient way of working with clients. It rewards sloppy coding, and penalizes efficiency. We can't have that.
We know hourly billing is entrenched in this industry, and this may require a mental leap you're not yet comfortable with.
That's why we invite you to book a no-pressure discovery call where we can answer any questions you have.
How fast will it take you to deliver one request?
On average, most requests are completed in just three days or less. However, more complex requests can take longer.
While we can't tell you how many requests will get done, (and that's not really an interesting metric anyway), we can guarantee that you will get a steady stream of updates and progress from us.
Larger issues will be split and delivered progressively to improve communication and collaboration, and to make sure you are getting consistent value out of our relationship.
Who are the developers?
Mix & Go is, for the most part, an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with Cezar, founder of Mix & Go. However, if there's a lot of work on our plate, we may decide to bring in some help.
Rest assured, all deliverables are vetted to ensure they meet our quality requirements, and you always get high-quality work.
How does the pause feature work?
Let's say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
This could be useful if you ever need to go on vacation for an extended period of time, and resume work when you get back.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
Can you join our daily stand-up?
No. Keeping meetings to an absolute minimum is one of the main reasons why this service works. But don't worry, you'll know exactly what we're working on at any given time.
But what about a weekly check-in call?
As with the daily stand-up, the answer is also "no". We've streamlined our process and made it completely transparent, so routine communication and check-ins are unnecessary.
I really need to explain something to you though
Totally fine! We love context and knowing more about what you'd like us to build. Record a short video clip using Loom, or any other tool you like, and link it in the Trello/GitHub card. If something is still unclear, we'll set up a brief chat as needed.
Can I call you if my site goes down?
We're not able to offer emergency support, and it's probably better for someone on your team to handle it. Ideally, we wouldn't even have access to your production environment.
Is there any development work you don't cover?
Absolutely. We do not cover any of the following: ReactJS, Vue, Angual, Typescript, etc.
We're focused on the Ruby on Rails stack, and all of it's related technologies (Hotwire, Stimulus, PostgreSQL, TailwindCSS, etc.).
How do I add a development request?
We prefer use Trello to manage client work, because it's easy and everyone is familiar with it.
But if your team uses Github to manage issues, we can use that as well.
Does the price change if I submit multiple requests?
No, the price never changes no matter how many requests you submit. We complete every task one by one from the queue and you can keep adding new ones when you need them.
Can you fix or improve our already existing SaaS product?
Of course. If it was built using the Ruby on Rails framework, we can.
Can our in-house development team take over at some point?
Of course. You have complete ownership over the project.
We can hand over the project to your internal team at any point, and we can also work alongside your development team.
Can you take care of maintaining our SaaS after the development is finished?
Yes, we can take care of maintaining your site even after the development is finished.
What technology stack are you using?
We are using Ruby on Rails because it gives us and our clients an unfair advantage.
Ruby on Rails it's one of the best frameworks for building SaaS products because it focuses on speed to market, and we've been using it for more than 15 years.
