I'm a seasoned Ruby on Rails consultant, author, and speaker with over 16 years of hands-on experience helping Ruby on Rails-based companies like RepairPal, Unified Post, Mentimeter, etc. build, launch and grow their SaaS products.
I've written extensively about testing, and building high-quality Ruby on Rails applications.
I am also publishing content on our YouTube channel, and have been mentoring 160+ Ruby on Rails developers.

Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time developer?
You can definitely hire a full-time developer, but you'll need to pay a full-time salary, benefits, taxes, and recruiting costs. Not to mention the risk of hiring the wrong person.
How many hours do I get each month?
We can scale up or down as needed, but we typically work at least 10 hours per month (depending on the type of engagement).
Who are the developers?
Mix & Go is, for the most part, an agency of one. This means you'll work directly with me (Cezar). However, if there's a lot of work on my plate, we may decide to bring in some help.
Rest assured, all deliverables are vetted to ensure they meet your quality requirements, and you always get high-quality work.
Is there any development work you don't cover?
Absolutely. We focus exclusively on the Ruby on Rails stack, and all of it's related technologies (Hotwire, Stimulus, PostgreSQL, TailwindCSS, etc.).
Can our in-house development team take over at some point?
Of course. You have complete ownership over the project.
We can hand over the project to your internal team at any point, and we can also work alongside your development team.
Can you fix or improve our already existing SaaS product?
Of course. If it was built using the Ruby on Rails framework, we definitely can.
