Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our Site. Your data may pass through or be stored by these providers:

Plausible Analytics — cookie-less, GDPR-compliant website analytics. Plausible does not collect personal data or use cookies, so no consent banner is required for this.
Ahoy (self-hosted) — first-party visit and event analytics that we run ourselves, on our own servers, to understand how visitors move through the Site and our interactive tools, including step-by-step progress through assessments like the Acquisition Readiness Score. IP addresses are masked before storage. This data is not shared with or processed by a third party.
Postmark — transactional email delivery. We use Postmark to send you calculator results and notifications.
Anthropic / OpenAI — AI analysis. Business data you submit through our tools may be sent to Anthropic or OpenAI APIs to generate insights and recommendations. By using our tools, you consent to this processing.
Sentry — error tracking. If you encounter an error on our Site, technical details and any data present in the request may appear in our error logs.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use Plausible Analytics, which is entirely cookie-free. Our own first-party analytics (Ahoy) sets a cookie to recognize repeat visits and group the steps of a single session together, for example so we can see where in an assessment visitors drop off. Our Site may also set a session cookie for technical purposes (e.g., to maintain your session as you navigate). These cookies do not themselves identify you personally and expire when you close your browser. You can set your browser to refuse cookies without affecting your ability to use the Site, though some interactive tools may not track your progress across steps if cookies are disabled.

Data retention

We retain lead and submission data, as well as Ahoy visit and event records, for as long as it is relevant to an active business relationship or legitimate follow-up, typically no longer than 24 months from the date of submission. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at office@mixandgo.com.

How we protect your information

We use appropriate data collection, storage, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information. All data exchange between the Site and your browser happens over an SSL-encrypted connection.

GDPR — your rights

We collect the minimum information needed to provide the services you've requested. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest.
