What we collect

The Site itself has no forms and doesn't ask you for personal information. We only receive information about you when you choose to share it:

Your name, email address, and anything you add to the booking form when you book a call with us through Cal.com
Anything you include when you email us

We do not collect payment information on this site.

Mix & Go SRL uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

To prepare for and hold the call you booked
To reply to your emails and follow up about our services
To understand whether our services are a good fit for your business

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate our Site. Your data may pass through or be stored by these providers:

Plausible Analytics: cookie-less, GDPR-compliant website analytics. Plausible does not collect personal data or use cookies, so no consent banner is required for this.
Cal.com: call scheduling. When you book a call with us, Cal.com collects the name, email address, and any notes you enter in the booking form.
Sentry: error tracking. If you encounter an error on our Site, technical details and any data present in the request may appear in our error logs.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Cookies

We use Plausible Analytics, which is entirely cookie-free. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The Site only sets the one cookie it needs to work: a session cookie for technical purposes, which expires when you close your browser. You can set your browser to refuse cookies without affecting your ability to use the Site.

Data retention

We keep booking details and emails for as long as they are relevant to an active business relationship or legitimate follow-up, typically no longer than 24 months. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us at hello@mixandgo.com.

We use appropriate data collection, storage, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your information. All data exchange between the Site and your browser happens over an SSL-encrypted connection.
